Brother Aremo Israel Temitope Completes NYSC Year as Imo Sector SMO, Hailed for Humility and Honour
Brother Aremo Israel Temitope has completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year, and the Student Christian Movement of Nigeria celebrates him as he passes out. He gave his service year to the Movement as State Mobilisation Officer (SMO) for the Imo Sector.
Brother Temitope, known affectionately to many as Temmy, did more than complete a posting. He chose to spend his year of national service serving in the work of SCM, and the Senior Friends of the Imo Sector who worked beside him say it showed.
On the day of his Passing Out Parade (POP), messages of goodwill came in from Senior Friends across the Imo Sector:
- “Bro Temmy Aremo, you served with humility, dignity and honour. No material gift can truly reward your dedication. May the Lord reward you abundantly!”
- “A very big congratulations to you sir. Grace for the next level in Jesus’ name.”
- “Temitope, our very able Travelling Secretary, congratulations on this auspicious day of your passing out. You have served the Lord fervently and His sure rewards await you. He is very faithful. More grace in His vineyard.” (Lady Edith Chikwere)
- “Wow! To God be all the glory! Multiple congratulations to you, our beloved brother. Renewed grace and all-round settlement for you in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
- “Glory to God in the highest for His faithfulness to you. You came, you saw, and you conquered. Go in this your might my brother and may His presence always be with you. God bless you.”
SCM thanks Brother Temitope for a year of faithful, humble service, and we pray that the grace he carried in the Imo Sector goes with him into his next season. The door stays open to him as a friend and alumnus of the Movement.
